1958

The world’s first Rack Oven was invented and shortly thereafter produced.

1962

The company moved to new premises in Upplands Väsby.

1965

Revent started exporting to the US.

1969

A new way of creating and distributing humidity in proving cabinets was invented with the first EB 10.

1971

The CTU Tunnel Oven with cyclotherm heating was introduced.

1972

A new series of Tunnel Ovens with a convection heating system was launched.

1973

The company presented Midi, its new oven series with a static rack for the food and bread industry.

1979

The G-oven models with Revent HVS (High Volume Steam) System and with the self supporting body were introduced.

1985

Revent introduced the first Mini Oven with underbuilt prover to meet the Bake-Off concept.

1988

Nouveau series – with the unique air distribution system TCC (Total Convection Control) and modular design was presented to the market.

1991

IOC and POC, two new digital controls for programming and supervising ovens by a PC, were introduced.

1992

July Revent Praha, Czech Republic, was founded.

1992

Aug Revent Incorporated, USA, was established.

1995

The Revent Group acquired Strömmen A/S, Denmark.

2000

The IAC Controls are developed to simplify programming of the ovens.

2003

The 700 Rack oven series and the 7000 Prover series featuring new design were released.

2007

The new prover series P7100 was introduced.

2009

The 723 (2x80/60) Rack oven was introduced

2009

The Revent Group sold Revent’s subsidiary in Denmark, Strömmen A/S to the Danish firm Lillnord A/S.

2010

The newly updated 703 was introduced. The 703 got a more efficient heat exchanger, the TCC-cassettes and a smaller foot print.

2010

The new and modern operator-friendly control panel for all Rack ovens was introduced. An 8” full color LCD display is used to improve the communication between the operator and the oven. Recipes and oven status are shown in both digital and graphic view.
